When it comes to paying for your installation we require 50% upfront for material acquisition and then once the installation is complete the other 50%.

Some recommendations:

To keep grass looking fresh, pull a plastic rake, stiff-bristled push broom, or power broom against the lay of the turf to lift the blades.

While not required, an occasional rinse with water will help keep your synthetic grass clean.

In order to maintain the integrity of your synthetic grass, it is best to avoid mowing or using other power lawn equipment on the turf, use of fertilizer and/or harsh chemicals, and directly exposing the turf to excessive heat (e.g., fire, coals, hot equipment). Weed killer and insect repellent will not harm your surface.
